Axa Health: complaining via blogging

A friend of a friend has had real problems with her Axa healthcare policy. She feels completely let down. As is often the case in difficult situations, the failure of the company to deal with her problems properly has only served to exacerbate the original complaint.
I helped her (in a small way) by creating a blog to record her experiences and notify others of the problems with complaining about Axa Health.
The latest I hear is that Axa are now delaying the ombudsman process so let’s hope that the blog can remind the company of its duties to protect its reputation better than it cared for this customer.

AXA Insurance Group is a HELL. They are now sitting on over 1000 Billions EUR assets, the company starting under its current form in the 80 ies only. Seems their philosophy is very simple.
Cash in the premiums, and never pay off. As to achieve that, first they will put you into exhaustion, playing the clock and leading to quick sands. The basic tricks are to fool around, digressing, just like being completely stupid , which certainly they are not. The final will be to distort, bend, circumvent, forge even, one or more pages of the original contract. So they suck your time. Then sucking your money , you get no chance, I repete their assets, over 1000 BILLIONS EUR. They got armies of Lawyers, paid the year round, and trust they can recruit the best ones. Besides this, WHO , as a LAWYER will ever have the guts to stand fairly against them ? He could say goodbye to his career, thanks to circles of Influence. Tribunals will stand for them too, DON’T DREAM, whatever the topic, and should they skip essential laws in the juridiction, and / or use complacent “experts”. I will not be that a fool as to write here, how in Hell can they be motivating the Judges…AXA is GREED and legalized gangsterism. They are certainly not the only ones on the market. You certainly cannot enter the ring, to fight, with the same gloves. You cannot fight a clean war against them, so up to you the choice…They are the perfect example of how Economic and Financial Power has taken over the politicians, and the intitutions. They are among the ones to help to create a WORLD WIDE DICTATORSHIP, where people got no rights to speak, and turn back to Mujiks and slavery…Among the different lines of Power, competing to control the World, they are among the MOST EVIL AND DANGEROUS.
